Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026

These terms govern the use of the WordPress plugin eBay Sync for WooCommerce and of this license panel (kicla.com), offered by BullXen (Italian VAT number 04472980160, "we" or "BullXen" below). By registering an account, purchasing a license, or installing the plugin, you accept these terms.

The service

eBay Sync for WooCommerce syncs products, stock, prices and orders between WooCommerce and eBay. It's available on two plans: Free, free of charge and with no expiration but with certain limits (see the Pricing page for the current list), and Pro, paid, which removes them. The service is offered "as is": we keep developing and improving it, and some features may change, be added or removed over time.

Your account

License grant

An active Pro license authorizes you to use the plugin in Pro mode on a number of sites equal to the limit shown in the panel (typically one site). You can activate and deactivate domains from the plugin's License page at any time, within that limit. Your license key is personal: don't share or resell it — it stays tied to your account and the domains you activate.

Subscription, renewal and cancellation

The Pro plan is available monthly or annually and renews automatically at the end of each period, charged to the payment method on file with Stripe, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the panel's "Subscription" page (a direct link to Stripe's Customer Portal): cancelling stops future renewals, but your license stays active until the end of the period already paid for.

Right of withdrawal (digital content)

A Pro license is digital content made available immediately after payment (the key is generated and issued right away). By purchasing and activating the license, you expressly consent to its immediate performance and acknowledge that, in doing so, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal normally available for online purchases (as set out in Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights). If you run into a problem with your purchase, contact us anyway at [email protected]: we consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable use

You may not use the plugin or this panel to:

Relationship with eBay

The plugin connects to your eBay account via OAuth to publish and sync your listings: that relationship is governed by eBay's own terms (User Agreement, Developer Program Terms), not these. We're not responsible for decisions eBay makes about your account (suspensions, listing removals, category limits) or for changes eBay makes to its own APIs.

Service availability

We do our best to keep the panel available and your keys verifiable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service: maintenance, interruptions or technical issues can occur. The plugin is designed to keep syncing even through a brief panel outage.

Suspension and account closure

You can delete your panel account at any time by writing to us. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a license that violates these terms, or that poses a risk to the security of the service or other users, giving advance notice when possible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BullXen is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use, or inability to use, the plugin or this panel — including lost profits, lost orders, or inventory mismatches — except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part. We recommend periodically checking that WooCommerce and eBay stay aligned, especially after manual changes on either side.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time; for substantial changes we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update counts as acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any question: [email protected].
